1. Flip the power switch (№1) to On. The display will show a red light. You can use this switch to turn the power Off.
2. Press the timer button (№2) to choose between 3-hour (press once), 6-hour (press twice), or 12-hour (press three times) settings. The green light indicates which time setting is selected.
3. Turn the dial (№3) to set your desired temperature, ranging from 30°C (85°F) to 70°C (160°F). For longer sessions, such as overnight, it is suggested to set the temperature between 35-40°C for milder effects. For shorter sessions, a temperature of 45-55°C is recommended for full therapy or energy. For a maximum sauna effect of about 30 minutes, setting the temperature to 60-70°C is ideal.
4. The red LED display (№4) shows the actual temperature. When you start turning the dial, it briefly displays your selected temperature before returning to showing the actual temperature. Once the selected temperature is reached, the red display will show blinking lines instead of the temperature.

If your mat came with a different controller, they all function similarly. However, they may not be interchangeable even if they physically fit into the jack.
