HealthyLine offers customers the option to purchase a Premium 5-Year Accidental Protection Service Plan (“Protection Plan”) for eligible HealthyLine products at the time of purchase or within 60 days of placing the original product order. The Protection Plan is an optional service agreement and is not an insurance policy.
The Protection Plan covers accidental damage, product malfunction, and physical damage occurring during ownership and use of the product, including but not limited to scratches, wetness, sweat, water damage, pet damage, dirt, burns, accidental-use damage, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Intentional destruction, fraudulent claims, theft, loss, disappearance, or unauthorized alterations materially affecting the product’s functionality are not covered.
If an issue occurs with your product, you should first contact a HealthyLine support representative. You will describe the situation and provide your order number or valid proof of purchase. If you purchased the Protection Plan within 60 days after ordering your product, please also provide the order confirmation for the Protection Plan purchase. All replacements covered by the Protection Plan are subject to a 20% deductible based on the product’s retail price at the time of the replacement request. Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
HealthyLine may, at its discretion, repair the product, replace the product with the same model, or replace it with a comparable model of the same or better grade if the original item is unavailable or discontinued. Replacement products may be new, open-box, refurbished, or equivalent-condition units of the same or better grade, at HealthyLine’s reasonable discretion.
Please note: Protection Plans are only available for non-discontinued items within the following series: TAO, TAJ, Rainbow Chakra, Amethyst, JET, SOFT, Mesh, Platinum, and 360 Wrap Set series.
