Warranty Overview
HealthyLine offers:
- 1-Year Limited Warranty (selected products)
- 5-Year Limited Warranty (selected products)
- Optional Premium Accidental Protection Plan
- 90-Day Free Trial (applicable products)
- Lifetime Trade-In Policy
- Lifetime Upgrade Policy
Coverage depends on product type and purchase date.
Warranty coverage begins on the original delivery date.
1-Year Limited Warranty
Scope
Applies to eligible HealthyLine-branded products purchased:
- Directly from HealthyLine.com
- From authorized retailers
Covers:
- Defects in materials
- Defects in workmanship
- When used under normal conditions
Does not cover:
- Misuse
- Negligence
- Unauthorized repair
- Intentional damage
Replacement Terms
If a defect is confirmed within 1 year:
- A replacement may be issued
- Replacement may be new, open-box, or refurbished
- Valid proof of purchase is required
Customers must:
- Contact support
- Provide serial number
- Provide documentation (photo/video if requested)
- Obtain an RGA (Return Goods Authorization)
- Return the device before replacement is shipped
Warranty is void after one replacement within the 1-year period.
5-Year Limited Warranty
Scope
Applies to eligible products purchased after August 1, 2020.
Covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
Warranty is not transferable to different serial numbers.
Coverage period always begins on original delivery date.
Replacement Structure by Year
Years 1–2
- Return shipping label provided (Continental US only)
- Free replacement if defect confirmed
- Controller replacement free (Continental US only)
Hawaii, Alaska, and international customers cover shipping both ways.
Year 3
- Customer pays shipping both ways
- 10% deductible of retail price applies
- Controller replacement free (shipping applies)
Years 4–5
- Customer pays shipping both ways
- 20% deductible of retail price applies
- Controller replacement free (shipping applies)
Warranty void after two replacements within 5-year period.
Premium 5-Year Accidental Protection Plan
Optional coverage available:
- Must be purchased at time of order or within 60 days
- Covers accidental damage under normal use
- 20% deductible per replacement
- Shipping both ways paid by customer
- Limited to specific product series
Accidental damage includes:
- Water damage
- Pet damage
- Burn damage
- Surface wear
- Theft (with verified police report)
Intentional damage is not covered.
Plan void after two replacements.
90-Day Free Trial
Eligible heated gemstone devices may be returned within 90 days of delivery.
Conditions:
- Product must be functional
- Product must be returned in original condition
- RGA required before return
- Customer pays return shipping
- Original shipping cost non-refundable
Refund issued after inspection.
Improper folding or damage may result in restocking deductions.
Bedding Product 7-Day Trial
Applies to selected bedding products.
- Opened items with uncut tags: 7 days
- Unopened items: 30 days
- Customer pays return shipping
- RGA required
- Refund after inspection
Misuse or damage may result in deduction.
Lifetime Trade-In Policy
After warranty expires:
- Product may be traded in for 50% of current retail value
- Credit applied toward new purchase
- New purchase must be at least double trade-in credit
- Customer pays shipping
Trade-in applies regardless of original purchase source (must be original HealthyLine product).
Lifetime Upgrade Policy
If product is fully functional:
- Receive 100% of current retail listing price as credit
- New purchase must be at least double that value
- Product inspected upon return
- If not fully functional, redirected to Trade-In program
Return & Replacement Process
Step 1 – Contact Support
Customer initiates claim with order number and serial number.
Step 2 – Troubleshooting
Issue may be resolved remotely.
Step 3 – RGA Issued
Return Goods Authorization required before shipment.
Step 4 – Ship to Warehouse
Customer provides tracking.
Step 5 – Inspection
Device evaluated for defect, misuse, or non-defect status.
Step 6 – Resolution
Replacement, return, trade-in, or disposal based on condition and customer preference.
Shipping Responsibility Summary
Continental US:
- Shipping labels provided during Years 1–2 (5-Year Warranty)
- Otherwise customer pays
Hawaii, Alaska, International:
- Customer responsible for all shipping both ways
Shipping boxes and packing materials are customer responsibility.
Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
- Misuse
- Negligence
- Unauthorized repair
- Intentional damage
- Improper folding
- Serial number tampering
- Fraudulent claims
- Abuse of personnel
HealthyLine reserves the right to refuse service in cases of dishonesty or policy abuse.
Support Philosophy
HealthyLine limits support to matters directly related to:
- Product functionality
- Warranty coverage
- Purchase terms
Support does not extend beyond product scope or value.
Compliance Distinction
Warranty coverage confirms:
- Product defect protection
- Replacement process clarity
It does not:
- Guarantee outcomes
- Guarantee satisfaction
- Provide medical assurances
