Premium 5-Year Accidental Protection Service Plan
Service Agreement for Eligible HealthyLine Products
HealthyLine offers customers the option to purchase a Premium 5-Year Accidental Protection Service Plan (“Protection Plan”) for eligible HealthyLine products. This Protection Plan is an optional service agreement that provides repair or replacement service for covered accidental damage, operational malfunction, and physical damage occurring during ownership and use of the product, subject to the terms below.
This Protection Plan is not an insurance policy.
If an issue occurs with your product, you should first contact a HealthyLine support representative. You will be asked to describe the situation and provide your order number or valid proof of purchase. If you purchased the Protection Plan within 60 days after ordering your product, you must also provide the order confirmation for the Protection Plan purchase.
All replacements covered by the Protection Plan are subject to a 20% deductible based on the product’s retail price at the time of the replacement request. Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
HealthyLine may, at its discretion, repair the product, replace the product with the same model, or replace it with a comparable model of the same or better grade if the original item is unavailable or discontinued. Replacement products may be new, open-box, refurbished, or equivalent-condition units of the same or better grade, at HealthyLine’s reasonable discretion.
Please note: Protection Plans are only available for non-discontinued items within the following series: TAO, TAJ, Rainbow Chakra, Amethyst, SOFT, Mesh, Platinum, Jet, and 360 Wrap Set series.
- The Protection Plan may be purchased for 12% of the retail price of the covered product at the time of purchase or within 60 days of placing the original product order. Coupon codes or discounts cannot be applied to Protection Plans.
- The Protection Plan covers accidental damage and product malfunction occurring during ownership and use of the product, including but not limited to scratches, wetness, sweat, water damage, pet damage, dirt, burns, accidental-use damage, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Intentional destruction, fraudulent claims, or unauthorized alterations materially affecting the product’s functionality are not covered.
- Protection Plans must be individually purchased for separate products if an order contains more than one item. For example, if a customer purchases two infrared gemstone mats and adds one Protection Plan, the Protection Plan will cover only one mat. Separate Protection Plans must be purchased for each additional product requiring coverage.
- Protection Plans can only be purchased for eligible orders made on HealthyLine.com and not through any other vendor, marketplace, reseller, distributor, or third-party seller.
- Protection Plans are void after two replacements during the coverage period.
- If a product experiences a manufacturing defect covered by HealthyLine’s 5-Year Limited Warranty, any applicable warranty deductible fees will be waived for the customer’s first two replacements if the customer purchased a Protection Plan.
- HealthyLine reserves the right to deny service if claim information is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, materially inconsistent with the reported condition of the product, or outside the scope of this Protection Plan.
- HealthyLine may modify, discontinue, or refuse future sales of the Protection Plan at any time; however, any active Protection Plan purchased before such modification or discontinuation will remain effective for its stated coverage period, subject to these terms and applicable law.
