    I have both this amethyst bolster and the Jade pebble bolster. I am an acupuncturist and I use them in my practice for my patients. My neck pain people really love this addition. The firmness and the heat really help soothe and relax the muscles and tension. I have a full mat on my table, one bolster for neck and one for under the knees. No one over wants to get off my table! It is so cozy and feels so good! You won’t be disappointed with this bolster!
