Typically our small mats are intended for specific areas of pain or for portability. The best way to gauge what size mat to get for your full body wellness management is based on your height.

  • 5’5” and under – 60” x 24” sized mats
  • 6’0” and under – 72” x 24” sized mats
  • 6’1” and over – 76” x 32” or 80” x 40” sized mats

After use, set the mat to a high temperature to allow any moisture to evaporate. After 15-20 minutes, unplug the mat and power down the controller. Do not leave your mat unattended while it’s on.

Order Processing

Every HealthyLine product is handmade by highly qualified specialists and tested throughout the manufacturing process. After assembly, our products are re-tested for EMF, heat level, heating time, size, weight, packaging, quality of stones, negative ion levels, FIR levels, and more.

When an order is placed, we test the product(s) again, for 1 – 3 business days, before shipping them to our customers. Depending on your shipping address, standard shipping takes 2 – 5 business days, and expedited shipping takes 2 – 3 business days.

Despite producing highly durable products with the lowest defect rate in the industry and triple-stage quality control, we still provide a 90-day risk-free trial and hassle-free warranty coverage for up to five years.

If your order is $2,500 or more, a HealthyLine representative will contact you to confirm your order before shipment. If we can’t reach you or if the contact information provided is incorrect, we will put the order on hold until you contact us.

Shipping Details​

To deliver your product safely and on time, HealthyLine strictly ships products through top national and international carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Once your product is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If an issue arises during shipment, we are happy to offer assistance to the best of our ability. However, there is often little action we can take once a shipment leaves our warehouse. If the tracking information for a shipment shows delivery or shipment issues, it is important to reach out to make a claim with the carrier and inform us of the situation within 3 days. After 3 days, we will not accept claims without a valid police report.

  • Once your order leaves our warehouse, you are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier about any necessary changes, including updating the zip code, street name, etc.
  • If you request to cancel your order after it has shipped, you must refuse the shipment upon delivery to avoid paying the return fee. Otherwise, you will be responsible for shipping the product back at your own cost, and it would be considered a return under the 90-Day Trial Period.
  • Expedited shipping is available for all orders at an extra cost. For expedited shipments, you can expect to receive your order within 2-3 days (depending on location) after the order has shipped from the HealthyLine warehouse. Please note expedited shipping is not available for international orders.
  • You are responsible for providing the correct contact information. If there is an issue related to the shipment and we can’t reach you, HealthyLine is not liable for any cost related to the issue.
  • If multiple delivery attempts happen without success, it’s your responsibility to contact the local shipping office and arrange the delivery. If the delivery fails and the product is automatically returned to our warehouse, you are responsible for any associated return fees.

For your most restorative, healing experience, knowing how to safely use your product is key. Keep reading for easy tips to help you get the most out of your personal oasis for years to come.

Where you can use your mat depends on the kind of mat you purchase. Our more flexible mats have a wide range of applications from flat surfaces to chairs, against the wall, and more. However, if you have a mat with PEMF, it will be much firmer. As a result, these mats are limited strictly to the floor, bed, massage table, or couch.

  • Do not remove product labels.
  • Only fold the mat in its predetermined positions and always unplug and power down the mat completely before folding it and putting it away.
  • Do not use the mat with salve or ointment preparations containing heat-producing ingredients as they may result in skin burns.
  • Do not leave your mat unattended while it is powered on, especially if children are present.
  • When you cover your mat, always cover the entire surface. Partial coverage can cause the heat sensors to malfunction.
  • Always use a surge protector. The wattage of the surge protector should be two times higher than that of the mat.
  • Never use pins or other metallic fasteners to hold a mat in place.
  • Never unplug the mat by pulling on the cord. Turn off the controller and unplug the mat from its power source. Then firmly hold the plastic connector on the device and carefully pull the controller until it’s disconnected from the device.
  • Gradually adjust the temperature and time settings until you find a comfortable level. We suggest starting the first few sessions at 104°F (40°C) for 30-minute sessions a few times a week.
  • Do not handle the plug with wet hands or immerse products in water.
  • Limit heat treatment at the maximum temperature to one daily 30-60 minute session to prevent dehydration and hyperthermia.
  • Drink plenty of water before and after using the mat to stay properly hydrated.
  • Do not use an electrical outlet that has become loose or does not engage the power plug tightly.
  • If you have any preexisting conditions, heart disease, hypertension, or other serious medical concerns, consult a doctor before use.
  • We recommend avoiding heat therapy if you have vascular disease, deep vein thrombosis, or multiple sclerosis.
  • Pregnant and nursing women or those with a pacemaker should not use increased heat settings.
  • PEMF therapy is not suitable for those who are pregnant or individuals with a pacemaker. (Please note, only products with PEMF in the product description include PEMF therapy.)
  • Never leave objects on any part of the mat while the mat is heating, especially the controller, as this can lead to uneven surface heating and possible damage to the mat or heat damage to the object placed on the mat.
  • Use a cover, towel, or blanket to protect the mat from moisture and stains and to protect your body from direct contact with hot gemstones. Using a cover also helps the gemstones heat up faster.
  • When using a cover, always cover the entire surface of your mat. Partial coverage can cause the heat sensors to malfunction.
  • Keep the controller ventilated to prevent it from overheating. Do not put the controller on soft or plush surfaces that may cover the vents. If the device overheats due to misuse, turn off the heat and place the controller on a firm surface.
  • Do not attempt to take apart or open the mat or controller for any reason. If an issue arises, please contact our customer service team right away.
