I bought this mat maybe a year ago and I love it I use it daily, or try to, for at least twenty minutes. It is amazing for my pain . I have better circulation, warmer hands and feet after use. My skin is healthier and I have more color in my face. I was reading and article today, about pemf being a great treatment for depression. I agree with that. I think it definitely helps with everything for me. I sleep better. I wake up in the middle of the night, an age related symptom for some. I just get on my mat, put it on a gentle setting and heat and I am right back to sleep . I love the mat can't say enough good things.

It's definitely a great add-on for any energy works! The first time I slept on it while my Reiki master worked on me the effects were absolutely amazing. I could the energy stays for almost 2 weeks before it slowly dissipated. After the first time experience, I also purchased it for myself and used it on people around me and also referred a colleague to buy it. So far, I haven't heard anyone who doesn't love it!!
