I am always cold in the winter and this mat has changed that. It warms me up to the core and makes me feel calmer and more grounded. I usually put the mat on my bed and sleep with it on at a low temperature. I love it! I know it's a big expense and still recommend it to everyone!

I do my yoga right on the mat and also I meditate on it. Accompanied with some calming music, the meditation in this mat gives me wonderful deep relaxation. I've been using it daily for a year now, so I can say the quality is very high.
