Love my mat. Use it all winter long. I'm pretty active. My body is usually hurts after a physical day. Lying on my mat really helps. Most times I fall asleep on it.

I have a jade mat and a clay mat. Both are fabulous and really promote healing and relaxation. The clay is is flexible which is an awesome attribute.
