Free 7 Day Trial Period - Bedding
At HealthyLine, your satisfaction is important to us. All HealthyLine-branded bedding products—including magnetic energy comforters and duvet covers—are eligible for return under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
- Opened items with uncut tags may be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Return Authorization:
- To initiate a return, you must contact HealthyLine Customer Service to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Returns without an RGA number will not be accepted.
- Once you receive your RGA number, you may ship the product to our designated warehouse address. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to 7-day trial period returns.
Inspection & Refund Process:
Upon receipt, the item will be inspected. If the product is in acceptable condition, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. If the product is found to be defective due to misuse, or shows signs of damage (e.g., stains, odors, laundering), a 10% deduction will be applied to the refund amount. In such cases, the customer may choose to have the item returned at their own expense, or authorize HealthyLine to dispose of the item. Please ensure products are returned in clean condition, free of odors, oil stains, or signs of infestation.
