Bracelet 1 Year Warranty
At HealthyLine we stand behind the quality of our bracelets and offer a comprehensive 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Warranty Terms:
- 1-Year Coverage: The warranty is valid for one (1) year from the delivery date. It applies to any issues related to materials or craftsmanship.
- Bracelet Adjustments: Our bracelets can be adjusted to ensure a perfect fit. Please follow the provided adjustment guidelines or contact our support team for assistance.
Returns and Exchanges:
- Return Window: You may return your bracelet within 90 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be in their original condition.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our HealthyLine Agent to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. This number is required for all returns. For 90 days trial returns customers are responsible for the shipping. Upon inspection and confirmation of the product, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. If the returned product is found to be defective or shows signs of damage, it will be subject to a 10% deduction from the refund amount. In this case, we can either return the item to you at your expense or dispose of it if you refuse to accept it.
