This is not my first go around with a PEMF Mat. A couple of years ago I worked at a fat loss center that used a PEMF mat for part of their treatment and I was able to use it. I totally fell in love with it! Currently, we use one at the spa I work at and I told myself I needed to get one for myself. I decided one day that I was going to stop being lazy when it came to trying to live healthily. I find it can be an overwhelming process to completely change up your lifestyle, but this device has made the transition much simpler than anticipating. I use it mainly to supplement my workouts and my new eating habits. Attempting to switch things have been difficult in the past, but this time it was easier and I have no reason to believe that the mat is the main reason for that. The natural heat is very relaxing and helps with my digestion which made cutting junk food out of my diet easier. Putting a little effort into taking better care of myself has been worth every missed trip to a fast food restaurant. The way I used to feel compared to now is like night and day. Before I felt like I might always have to run to the bathroom, and now I feel like I could always run a marathon...or a half marathon, let’s not get carried away.
