Tao mat with PEMF

I have this Tao mat laying on a camping cot in my master bedroom. Several days a week I take a little meditative siesta on it. After a few years of owning this mat it’s still going strong and I absolutely love the hug like feeling I get init while the PEMF is on. So soothing to my body and calming to my mind. I had a spinal injury years ago that still can’t be painful if I do too much yard work or exertion. This mat really help with pain management too.
