Oh how good it felt sitting on it; my back appreciated it and it helped with adema. For me, it was a little too firm to sleep on. I believe these mats are great, just need to find what is best for you🤔😁

I bought this mat and a 12V adapter with it. I am really glad I can use it in my car. I do a lot of long drives for work and the heat from this mat keeps my muscles loose the whole time. I don't have any of that stiffness you usually have when getting out of the car after a while.
