I reached the point in my life where I was completely over medications. I was sick of the side effects that often added to my pain and they often did more harm than good. I’d been suffering with bad allergies and back pains for over two months. Right from the first session I noticed a difference. In a week I have gone from HAVINGGGGG to take two to three different meds a day to one. By the end of week two I feel confident I will be off everything.
My back still hurts but there has been steady improvement everyday.
My only regret is I wish I would have purchased a wider mat.
