This bolster uses silicon glue that holds the gemstones in place and there may be an odor when first in use. To eliminate the odor, simply heat it to its maximum temperature in a well-ventilated space for 12 hours and the odor will dissipate!

    I really couldn’t decide between this bolster and the amethyst one. I started with the amethyst bolster. I am an acupuncturist and I already use the full mat on my table. I treat many patients for neck pain, and I thought these bolsters would take the treatments to the next level. I was right! I ended up with both. I let my patients try each one. One goes for the neck, the other goes under the knees. Either way, you can’t go wrong! They both feel great each in their own way. I find most people like the heat around 120-130. The pebbles feel great in the neck. They also feel good behind the knees. There is an acupuncture point behind the knee for low back pain, and I feel the pebbles target this point from the aspect as well. Highly recommend!

    I'm using this pillow for my lower back area as I used to suffer from chronic pains. It took me some time to get used to it but the effect is beyond words! I can sleep all night long again after many years of discomfort.

    I have always tried to avoid taking lot of meds but as time passes I faced sleep problems. I was almost ready to use sleeping draughts when heard about this pillow. It was a bit unusual to sleep on it at first but when I got used to it I began sleeping like a baby.
