    I have both this amethyst bolster and the Jade pebble bolster. I am an acupuncturist and I use them in my practice for my patients. My neck pain people really love this addition. The firmness and the heat really help soothe and relax the muscles and tension. I have a full mat on my table, one bolster for neck and one for under the knees. No one over wants to get off my table!
