If you have purchased a new mat from us within the last 12 months and are experiencing issues with your controller, you are covered by our warranty and do not need to purchase a new one. Simply send us a notice by email to info@HealthyLine.com along with proof of purchase, and we will provide you with a replacement controller free of charge.
To ensure that we send you the correct controller, please provide us with the exact model of your mat.
Please note that our controllers are not compatible with non-HealthyLine mats.
