    I really enjoy using this mat and leave it near my bed so I can lay on it to soothe my aching back and shoulders several times in the week. I also place it on my tummy which settles my digestive system and gets things moving! I love the red light Photon feature which helps with detoxing and stimulating the immune system! It’s gives me a feeling of being at the spa. A truly great investment in your health and pampering yourself.
