I love this pad for my knees and lower back. I turn it on and watch TV in the recliner when the movie is over I'm good to go. I use in conjunction with my 7428 platinum mat. Never felt better

Great for its flexibility and softerness than the firm mats. Wish there were a few color options like blue or purple though as calming for nighttime sleep if a different color was available.
