All HealthyLine-branded bedding, magnetic energy comforters, mat covers, and duvet covers include a 60-Day Limited Warranty. If a product is defective, and the defects do not include physical damage caused by incorrect usage, within 60 days of receipt of purchase you may obtain a free* (*see “Bedding Returns” below) replacement from HealthyLine.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your bedding purchase, we are happy to accept returns within 45 days of purchase for unopened, unused items; or 7 days for opened items. We are not responsible for your laundry process, so any washing, drying, dry-cleaning, or alteration of bedding automatically voids all warranty (see section below for care instructions). Any overuse or abuse will also void the warranty.
If the product you return does not appear to be defective or has clearly been damaged, or altered by the user, we will ship it back to you at your expense or dispose of it if you refuse to take it back. Free shipping for replacements is provided for the 48 continental states; Hawaii, Alaska, and all international customers will be responsible for shipping both ways for all replacements, exchanges, and returns.
Care Instructions for Bedding
To properly clean your bedding, always view the washtag and follow the cleaning protocol. Please do not cut or remove the washtag as this will void the warranty. Failure to follow the cleaning instructions may permanently damage your bedding and will also void the warranty.
For product issues, concerns, returns, or replacements, please contact us at email@example.com. After receiving a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, you can send the bedding to our warehouse. After inspection and confirmation of a defect, we can send a replacement and reimburse the return shipping cost (customer must provide shipping receipt). If the product you return does not appear to be defective or has clearly been damaged, we are unable to reimburse the shipping cost and will ship it back to you at your expense or dispose of it if you refuse to take it back.
If more than 60 days has passed since you received the product, the warranty for bedding will have expired, and you may not submit a claim for the product to HealthyLine.
