You can switch between PEMF programs at any time by pressing the desired function button. Each PEMF program can be re-programmed to your liking. To do so, refer to the advanced user programming section.
PEMF 1 hour programs:
F11-F12
- F11 “Energize” 1 hour program: The following 3 – 20 minute programs will run in sequence, F10 – F8 – F6. The controller will shut off automatically after 1 hour.
- F12 “Relaxation” 1 hour program: The following 3 – 20 minute programs will run in sequence, F9 – F8 – F5. The controller will shut off automatically after 1 hour.
Advanced user programming guide:
You can re-program any F1 to F10 PEMF 20 minute programs to any available settings.
- Press and hold ‘PEMF PROGRAM’ button for 10 seconds [button light will flash and a beep sound occurs].
- Press any of the 20 minute PEMF preset program buttons once (F1 to F10).
- Use the ‘PEMF Mode’ button to scroll through Segment A, Segment B, Segment C, Segment D. You will see each Parameter Type flashing as you scroll through the parameters. When the parameter is flashing you can then change the settings for this parameter.
PEMF Mode Button– To make changes to PEMF parameter settings…
Press and hold for 10 seconds “PEMF PROGRAMMING” to start making the settings first for Segment A.
“Wave Type will flash. Use
buttons to increase or decrease the desired wave type (sine or square wave)
Press ‘PEMF Mode’ Button again, “Frequency” will flash.
Use
buttons to increase or decrease the desired frequency (1 to 25 pulses per second [Hz).
Note: 7 – frequency display indicates actual 7.83 pulses per second.
Press ‘PEMF Mode’ Button again, “Pulse Duration” will flash.
Use
buttons to increase or decrease the desired PEMF Intensity (10, 25, 50, 75, or 100%).
After you completed all changes for Segment A, press ‘PEMF Mode’ Button again to step to Segment B parameters and repeat the steps above. Then repeat this for Segment C and D programs.
After you have scrolled through all the parameters for all Program segments A, B, C and D, press the “PEMF PROGRAM” button again for 5 seconds until you hear a beep. This will save all your setting that you just made.
Factory reset
To restore controller to its factory default settings press the Sleep Mode, Photon Up, and Photon Down buttons simultaneously until you hear the beep. The controller will automatically shut down.
Automatic controller functions:
- If left alone for two minutes the back lighting will automatically turn off.
- If left alone for 12 hours the entire controller will automatically turn off.

- Connect controller to mat.
- Connect outlet end to 120V surge protector, which should in turn already be connected to a standard wall outlet.
- Press the Red Power Button to display the blue digital screen.
Section One: Heat |  |

icon is lit when heat is on.) - Press Heat Mode Button once to Select Timer.

- Press the Photon Button to turn the red photon lights on and off.
- Photon lights turn off automatically after one hour. (Visible red light as well as
icon, on controller, will light up when on.) - Lights operate with or without heat.
Section Three: PEMF |  |
- Press the PEMF On/Off Button once to select the PEMF section.
- Default setting is 20 minutes on, “Sine” Wave Type, Medium (M) pulse duration, 50% Intensity (20 minutes on, 100 minutes off, for 12 hours with automatic shut-off)
Customize PEMF cycle
- Press the PEMF Mode Button Once to adjust the timer.
- See flashing Min/Hr on screen and use
buttons to select 10, 15, or 20 minute session.
- Press the PEMF Mode Button again to set the timer and Select Wave Type.
- See flashing Wave Type and use
buttons to select Sine (
) or Square (
) Wave.
- Press the PEMF Mode Button again to SET the Wave Type, which then takes you to the Frequency Setting.
- See flashing Freq/Hertz and use
buttons to increase or decrease the frequency.
- Press the PEMF Mode Button again to SET the frequency, which then takes you to the Pulse Duration Setting.
- See flashing Pulse Duration and use the
buttons to increase or decrease the duration to Ultra Fast (UF), Fast (F), or Medium (M).
- Press the PEMF Mode Button again to SET the Pulse Duration, which then takes you to the Intensity Setting.

buttons to increase or decrease the intensity to 10, 25, 50, 75, or 100%. - Press the PEMF Mode Button again to SET.
Section Four: PEMF 20 min. preprogrammed shortcuts |
Each PEMF program consists of 4 segments of 5 minute PEMF programmed selections.
Each PEMF 5 minute segment is programmed with a unique selection of Wave Type, Frequency, Pulse Duration, and Intensity settings.
Each preset program operates for 20 minutes with PEMF ON, followed by 100 minutes with PEMF OFF. This repeats for up to 12 hours unless settings are adjusted. The mat and controller will shut off automatically after 12 hours.

Control indicators during f1 to f10 programs
- The selected program button is backlit.
- Arrow flashes between A-B, B-C, C-D, D-A to indicate which 5 minute PEMF segment is active.
- The word “Pulse” displayed means PEMF is active.
- The word “Sleep” displayed means PEMF is non-active during 100 minutes of PEMF OFF time.
- Timer counts down from 5 minutes for each 5 minute PEMF segment.
- Wave Type/Frequency/Pulse Duration/Intensity is shown for each 5 minute PEMF segment.
